Gloucester Good To Go is supported by the following partners:
Many of us are exploring closer to home at the moment, so why not experience Gloucester like it’s your first time in the City, whether you’re local or from further afield.
Now is the perfect time to visit somewhere new and try out the places you’ve always wanted to. Reacquaint yourself with favourite businesses and attractions and support your local economy.
Our shopping centres and independent stores have been open since June. They’re perfect for post-lockdown sprees, browsing or shopping for essentials.
No-one wants to be caught short when they’re out and about, so here are the places and times you can use public loos:
Eastgate Shopping Centre | Mon-Sat 9am-5.30pm | Sun 10.30am-4.30pm
Gloucester Quays | Mon-Sat 10am-6pm | Sun 10am-5pm
Gloucester Transport Hub | 7.30am-7.30pm
Westgate Car Park | 7am-7pm
Gloucester Park | 8.30am-3.45pm
Many of our enthralling attractions are open again for you to lose yourself in – including the magnificent cathedral and our fascinating museums. See what’s open.
You can enjoy Gloucester’s parks and open spaces including Alney Island Nature Reserve and Robinswood Hill Country Park where you can naturally social distance.
We also have some exciting events and festivals coming up which will help you see the city in a brand new light.
Travelling safely – travel on foot and bike is recommended. If you’re driving, some car parks have cashless payment systems. If you have to take public transport, please wear a mask and observe social distancing.
Are you well? – If you are experiencing any coronavirus symptoms, or sharing a household or support bubble with somebody with symptoms, it is recommended that you do not travel.
